The Board of Directors for the Kanawha Ski Club (KSC) is DELIGHTED to share the
news that KSC is now the KANAWHA SKI and ADVENTURE CLUB!
We’ve changed the name to better reflect what our club is all about — and it’s more than just great skiing/snowboarding trips to places like Big Sky, Steamboat, Mammoth
Mountain, and others.
Recently, we’ve done rafting, ziplining, and biking trips. But it’s even bigger than that! Through our association with the Crescent Ski Council, KSAC members can go on warmer weather Adventure Trips sponsored by CSC. Last May to Iceland and soon to Alaska for a 14-day Land/Cruise Tour of our 49th state. In 2026, the CSC Adventure Trip will be a river cruise on the Duoro River through Portugal and part of Spain.
What Else Is New?
Membership Meetings
Join members of the KSAC at our monthly membership meetings. Typically the first Tuesday of each month at the Bear’s Den in Charleston at 6:30 pm. Check our calendar to confirm locations and dates each month.
Christmas Party Date Set
The annual KSAC Christmas Party will be December 2 at the Charleston Woman’s Cub from 6-8pm. Mark your calendars.
Membership Dues Lowered for 2025/2026
The board has decided to LOWER the membership dues for this year!! When was the last time you saw a cost go DOWN?
